FIRST SESSION (every client) - History, assessment, nkt protocol, client homework
120 MINUTES: $240
The first session is 2 hours. I conduct a very thorough client intake and history process. Orthopedic and movement assessments are also incorporated before the NKT protocol is conducted. Once the treatment is over, the client will video record their homework on their phone so they can continue with therapy on their own. I provide all necessary equipment needed for home therapy. The session is done with the client fully clothed.
60 MINUTE follow up session - NKT protocol & client homework
60 MINUTES: $125
Most sessions following the first session are 60 minutes in length. During this time I receive an update from the client on progress and then continue with the NKT protocols to find the next layer of dysfunction. New homework is given/recorded at the end of the session. The session is done with the client fully clothed.
EXTENDED SERVICES
If extra time is requested by the client and the therapist is available to accomodate, the rate is $2 per minute after the scheduled time.
90 MINUTE follow up session - nkt protocol, client homework, area specific bodywork
90 MINUTES: $170
90 minute sessions are available and the extended time is used for area-specific treatment using manual techniques, IASTM muscle scraping, cupping, and myofascial release. This and no other of my services are full body massages. The session is done with the client mostly clothed, only exposing the specific areas requiring bodywork.
