That entirely depends on what is actually going on. The more recent and simpler the problem, the quicker results will last long-term. The more chronic of a condition, the longer it can take to achieve long-term results. This is highly dependent of the individuals nervous system. It is not unusual for new or different symptoms to arise soon after a session. This is a result of deeper layers of imbalance coming to the forefront. This is normal and should not be cause for concern.

Sessions typically divide into 3 components:
1. Assessment/history gathering
2. Corrections using manual muscle testing via NKT and manual therapy
3. Assignment of home correctives (homework)
The homework is recorded on the clients personal cell phone so there is clear instruction on what I want you to work on in-between visits.

My work is very nervous system oriented. I assess and treat the body as one unit rather than individual parts. While most other therapists are focusing on the structure (hardware), my focus is more on the nervous system (software) that controls hardware in order to get down to the root cause of your pain or limitation.
